Cabal Online's Level Up Challenge

We have trouble with our crits but we dont wanna give up monster crits away im only a level 162 any tips on what to do to bring out the most damage on these gears or what we need to change to see an improvement pls help us.

The Cdi and Cri are the following
CDI =145%-159%
CRI = 35%-40%
Amp = 40%
We have around 950+ attack base 900def

The gears in Cabal are as following
Forcium (BL) Suit of Restoration +6 7% S.amp in slot
Titanium Martialboots +9 50hp/7% S.amp
Titanium Armorgloves +9 2Attack/7% S.amp
Titanium Martialhelm +9 3%rate crafted, 5 rate in slot = 24/10 helm when extended
Forcium Blade of Deathblow+6 7%dmg craft 10%dmg in slot =17% dmg blade
Osm Katana of Deathblow +7 pc extended so 40%cdi
and sometimes switch the osm for a Titanium Blade of Deathblow +9 30/7 blade
3CR+2, Rol+1
Bof+3 Slotted
Aop+5
Blue Bike+6
Gorgeous cape for the extra stats XD
